Think about the title you are giving your post. Is there any reason your 'Administrator' role could not be called 'Co-ordinator'? Make the post you are advertising as attractive as possible. I'm not suggesting that you advertise a Data Entry role as Senior Information Wrangler but if you can jazz it up a bit, why not?!
And why not go one step further? If you are tailoring the job title to make it sound attractive when advertising on behalf of a client, why not suggest the client uses that job title internally.
