Last week saw the Autumn budget with implications for both business and families alike. The helpful people at Bullhorn have written this brilliant article which tells you "What the Autumn Budget Means for Your Recruitment Agency". Broken down into IR35, skills, construction and infrastructure, and public sector, it tells you everything you need to know.

The Most Unusual Interview Questions To Ask A Candidate

"If you’re going to ask a candidate “what their biggest strengths and weaknesses” are, then a pre-scripted answer will be given to you from your typical job board section. In many cases, you’ll hear the same answer given to you. For the majority, mostunusual questions don’t actually have a wrong or right answer. These questions give way to the candidate to demonstrate their ability to think on the spot."
