Doing things ever-so-slightly differently this week as this is less of a confession and more of a name-and-shame (without actually naming!). This came from a friend of mine recently:
“Hmmm just opened yesterdays post... have been invited for a job interview! Monday week! WOW... erm I applied for the job at the end of January!!! How on earth does it take 3 1/2 months for an organisation to get themselves sorted.... they never even formally acknowledged that they had received my application!!!!”
