Network on LinkedIn with like-minded people. Join groups relevant to your business, specialism, interests and geographical region. Target University and College groups that run courses relevant to your industry. Maximizing the number of groups you are in will also maximize your network and you will be able to view and connect with more professionals who are relevant to your vacancies. Set groups up yourself and network them through relevant organisations.
Don't forget you can send in your Inspiration or Confessions of a Recruiter; we'll publish the latter anonymously if you like!
