A recent survey from TipTopJob unsurprisingly tells us that money is the biggest motivating factor for the majority of us. Not a massive surprise, probably even in more affluent times, however, well worth bearing in mind in conversations with potential candidates and clients! See the article below for more information.

  1. If an item appears on your ‘to do’ list for a third day in a row, that is the item that you either action or delete.
  2. Always take a proper lunchbreak.
  3. Play the long game – it’s not always about the immediate rewards.
