Last week Louise attended the 12th Annual Enhance Media Online Recruitment Conference 2014 with it's excellent line-up of speaker and sessions. As promised, she has very helpfully summarised the day in her blog.

Recruiters Inspiration – Get a Big Data strategy now
As a recruitment agency you will no doubt have lots of data, and the need to understand how best to use it. The start of the year is a good time to do this, as all that you need to think about is a) what do you want to achieve with your data and what will be the success metrics? b) How will you use the data to deliver the vision? and c) Where is the data, what state is it in and what work needs to be done to get it unto a usable state? Once you have thought about this you can put a plan together to use this data to drive your business. Get this done now, and it will drive business all year.
